Andrew has always been involved in some aspect of real estate. His long tenure in a financial institution has given him thorough knowledge about home financing, and experience in construction sales taught him even more about how homes are actually built. Even his six years of working at a summer job for a landscaping company taught him what makes a house stand out from the rest. Given his background, it’s no wonder that Andrew was destined to become a realtor.
A resident of Stittsville, Andrew’s primary area of real estate expertise is in the western parts of Ottawa, but he’ll go wherever his clients take him. As more people look at working remotely some of those clients have taken him pretty far, including the city’s outer suburbs and even into cottage country.
Fortunately, Andrew is no stranger to travel. With family in Europe, he has journeyed back and forth between continents from when he was a child and began backpacking around the world on solo adventures as soon as he was old enough. Those international experiences helped shape him as a person, exposing him to the world’s diversity which he believes helps him serve his many clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
Andrew has always been a team player. He grew up playing hockey and baseball, and has always been a key member of his corporate teams before moving to his new passion, real estate. Now he’s ready to help his clients win with Team Grondin.
“I’m a firm believer in customer service, and I really pride myself on that. I put my clients first and I do everything I can to make sure that their experience will be an enjoyable one. Team Grondin shares this philosophy and this is why this team is the perfect fit for me”
